Refund policy

All sales with "ThecafeHQ" are final except when the product is sent wrong or damaged. We have a 25-day return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to assess for any issues it may have.

Reach us at info@thecafehq.com to file a refund request. We will assess the issue and notify you. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also require your proof of purchase with us for verification purposes.

Refunds

We will notify you once we received/inspected the item you have returned and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If not, item will be shipped back to you free of charge.

Please note that once refund is confirmed, it will all depend on the efficiency of your bank or credit card company in processing transactions that can take a number of business working days to appear into your account. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, we cannot accept returns as all sales with "ThecafeHQ" are final except when the product is sent wrong or damaged.
